CodeMantis is a native macOS desktop application that provides an interface for Claude Code. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

Data Collection

CodeMantis does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The application runs entirely on your local machine.

• No analytics or tracking scripts
• No telemetry data collection
• No user accounts or registration
• No cookies or local storage tracking

Local Data

CodeMantis stores application preferences and session history locally on your machine. This data never leaves your computer and is stored in standard macOS application support directories.

Third-Party Services

CodeMantis interfaces with Claude Code, which is provided by Anthropic. Your interactions with Claude Code are governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. CodeMantis does not intercept, modify, or store the data exchanged between you and Claude Code.

Auto-Updates

CodeMantis checks for updates via GitHub Releases. This involves a network request to GitHub's public API to compare version numbers. No personal information is sent during this process.

Website

The CodeMantis website (codemantis.dev) is a static site that does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
